Where can I find the cancellation rules for my bookings?

You can find these information in the Terms and Conditions page, on your booking confirmation email, and in the Experience description.

When do I receive confirmation of my booking?

You will receive a booking confirmation email at time of booking. However, some Experiences are on request and will be confirmed within 24 hours. If you don’t receive any email within 24 hours please contact our Customer Care for assistance. Please also note that bookings done less than 72 ours prior to Experience start time cannot be guaranteed. We will email you in case of any change and we strongly recommend you contact us prior to booking last minute.

How far in advance can I book?

All dates in blue on the calendar on the right side of the description page are bookable. Should the date you require not be available yet, please check again in the future as we regularly update availability. Should you not find the date you need please email us and we will try our best to make it available.

Can I make bookings by telephone?

Sorry! Although we are happy to help you, we don’t offer a reservation service by phone. Should you need any information you cannot find in our FAQs, please email us at info@do-nation.com and we will answer within 24 hours.

Can I book when I get there?

Of course you can! But the later you book, the less chances you have to find availability at your preferred time and date. And don’t forget that by booking on DO-Nation.com you will pay the same price that you would pay there, but would also destine a percentage of it to a children support project.

How can I find out when an experience is available?

On the description page you will find operation dates and times, non operation dates, and a calendar for availability: grey days are … grey!!! It means the Experience is not available!

Are experiences available in every language?

No. The language is specified in the description page. But if you are looking for a different language let us know and we will try and meet your needs.

Where is the meeting point for my Experience?

You can find this information on your booking confirmation email.  If you don’t receive the meeting point information (this may happen because there could be too many options, or it changes according to the day or season), please contact the local operator 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of departure. Please also make sure you contact the service operator the day before the tour in order to reconfirm departure time and meeting point.

Do you offer a pick up service?

Most of the Experiences on DO-Nation do not include a pick up service unless differently specified in the Experience description. In case the pick up is included you will find all details on your booking confirmation email. Please make sure you print it and take it with you to have all information details upon arrival.  Please note that pick ups are only available from locations (hotels/meeting points etc) specified on the Experience description page.

Does this tour pick up from the airport?

Most experiences do not include an airport transfer unless it is specified. However you can book for a private Experience or an airport transfer to the main departure point. Same for the transfer back to the airport! Send us an email at info@do-nation.com for more information.

Can I be dropped off at a different place than at departure point?

It depends on the Local Operator: ask directly to them when you start the tour.

Do I need a Visa or passport ?

It depends on your nationality and it is the traveler’s responsibility to check with the appropriate consulate if visas or passport are required to visit Italy.

Are there any health restrictions or requirements?

For restrictions related to immigration, please contact the appropriate consulate. For those related to the Experience, you will find the information on the description page. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions at booking, you also agree that you are responsible for what you declare and should your health conditions be not suitable for the experience and in accordance to what specified on the description page, your booking will not be honored and you will not receive a refund.

We are a group. Are we entitled for a discount or group rate? Why can’t we book for more than 6 people per transaction?

We specialize on independent travelers and small groups. If you are a larger group email us and we will try our best to make you happy!

Can you help me customize my travel with a sequence of Experiences?

Sure! That is why we have a Travel Wizard! Email us at info@do-naiton.com and we will be happy to help you build your trip.

I sent emails but haven’t received a reply yet…

Did you check in your spam folder? If the spam filter is set to highest ranking it is very likely you only receive emails from senders in your contact list. Usually these emails are deleted automatically within 7 days.
However it may be that we haven’t replied to you yet, please allow us 24 hours.
